CyberDock

Privacy policy

Last updated:

CyberDock is a macOS menu-bar widget. Its bundle ID is dev.phillipgreen.CyberDock.

What CyberDock collects

CyberDock collects no personal data. It has no analytics, no tracking, no ads, and no accounts. It sends nothing to the developer.

On your Mac

Settings and widget layout are stored locally on your Mac, in UserDefaults.

GitHub and Vercel

The GitHub and Vercel widgets are optional. If you enter an access token, CyberDock stores it only in the macOS Keychain on your Mac. That token is used only to make requests directly from your Mac to api.github.com and api.vercel.com, to show your own streak or deploy status. Those requests are governed by GitHub’s privacy statement (opens in a new tab) and Vercel’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab). Removing a token in Settings deletes it from the Keychain.

Notifications

Optional local notifications, such as a focus timer or a finished deploy, are generated on your Mac.

Feedback

Send Feedback opens your email app. Anything you send is used only to respond.

Sharing and children

No data is sold or shared. CyberDock is not directed at children, and it collects no data from anyone.

Changes

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page. Contact: phillipgreen.dev.
